Today we learned about Adam & Eve and how God took a rib from Adam to create Eve. The kids made their own Adam & Eve to see how difficult it is to make a human figure. How awesome our God is that He made us! We are using The Mystery of History as our History book.

Today we learned about Pablo Picasso. Each of the kids re-created his Don Quixote.

We are learning to do our best and not say "I Can't".

First week of school

Well we have started our first week. It's been great. The kids have been happy, I've loved it, and I am feeling more confident that we really can teach our children.
